GROUP
CLASSES
Each group class is informed by physical therapy and movement science to safely improve strength, mobility, balance, and overall wellbeing. With options that support a range of fitness levels and movement goals, Everyday Movement makes it easier to train consistently, move with awareness, and build strength that supports your life outside the studio.
-
Strength training led by a doctor of physical therapy. Each class pairs an upper body and a lower body move into supersets built around pushing, pulling, hinging, and lunging. Your DPT coaches your form, offers options when something doesn't feel right, and helps you build strength that carries into real life: lifting, carrying, climbing stairs, and keeping up with the people you love.
Good for: confident lifting, injury-aware training, and life after physical therapy. -
Classic barre, built with intention. Class opens with a few minutes of cardio to warm up and raise your heart rate. Then, we slow the pace on purpose. Smaller, slower movements let you isolate one muscle group at a time and bring it to fatigue with control. Breath guides every series, keeping your core engaged and your whole body aligned while one area does the work. We finish with a full body stretch and a few minutes of focused breathing.
Good for: muscular endurance, core control, posture, and body awareness. -
Give your joints the attention they rarely get. This class pairs deep stretching with isometric holds and slow, controlled lowering work to build range of motion you can use. You'll open up a new position, learn to control it, then put it to work. The pace is calm and focused, with plenty of floor time. It's a natural complement to your strength days and a reset for stiff hips, shoulders, and backs.
Good for: recovery days, desk-bound bodies, and anyone who wants to move with more ease. -
Cardio and strength in one class, at a pace you can sustain. We start with low-impact cardio intervals to raise your heart rate. Then we slow things down with tempo strength work, where control matters more than speed. Every class ends with core work and a few minutes of breathing, so you leave with more energy than you came in with.
Good for: building endurance, consistent conditioning, and a low-impact way to train hard.
PERSONAL
TRAINING
One-on-one and two-on-one coaching with precise feedback, personalized modifications, and carefully designed progressions tailored to your movement patterns and long-term goals.
Clinical Strength, DPT-led
Strength training with a Doctor of Physical Therapy and no more than four people per class. That small size means every rep gets coached. Your DPT adjusts the plan to your body, your goals, and how you're feeling that day, so you can lift with confidence and keep progressing. You get a clinician's eye on how you move and the motivation of training alongside a few others.
Good for: lifting with expert guidance, training around past injuries, and steady, lasting progress.
