Movement should expand your life, not exhaust it.

Everyday Movement brings training and recovery together in one studio, with an approach shaped by physical therapy, movement science, and the real demands of daily life. We help people build the strength, mobility, balance, and confidence to move well now and keep moving well over time. Whether you’re training, recovering, or trying to feel more capable in your body, we’ll help you develop a movement routine that feels useful, sustainable, and connected to the life you want to live.

THE TEAM

5019 Huguenot Road,

Richmond, VA 23226

  • Aubri Curtis

    Founder

Aubri is a Richmond-based instructor and VCU graduate with a master's in education, bringing a strong focus on connection, communication, and confidence-building into her work. With five years of barre teaching experience, she creates intentional, music-driven classes centered on precision, flow, and body awareness. She is now completing her Pilates certification, which has deepened her understanding of breath and movement in both her teaching and personal practice.

  • Ben Klingelhofer, DPT

    Co-founder

Ben is a Richmond-based Doctor of Physical Therapy, VCU graduate, and owner of Bend Movement Physical Therapy. He has spent his career helping active adults move past pain and get back to the things they love. He sees movement as a meaningful way for people to connect, and he brings one simple idea to every session: get a little better every day.

  • Susan Parikh, CPT

    Director of Client Experience

Susan has spent her whole career helping people learn, first in the classroom and now in the studio. She earned her degree in Elementary Education from Illinois State University and taught middle school Language Arts for years. Every class she taught was full of students who learned in different ways, so she got good at reading a room and meeting each person where they are. She still coaches that way. Susan teaches Barre, HIIT, and Sculpt, and she has trained and mentored new instructors along the way. Her classes move fast and feel welcoming, whether it's your first class or your hundredth. Her favorite part of the job is watching someone get stronger week after week and getting to know them along the way.

  • Blake Jenkins, DPT

    Director of Clinical Strength

Blake is a Richmond native, Doctor of Physical Therapy and Graduate of VCU. Blake provides intentional, collaborative, and goal-oriented care by blending his strength and conditioning background with rehabilitation, helping patients continue exercising through injury while building resilience. He tailors treatment to each person's unique goals and prioritizes meaningful relationships throughout care. Having seen firsthand how pain or injury can take people away from the physical, mental, and social benefits of exercise, he is driven to offer holistic care to all.
